Was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti where he also earned his initial Law Degree in 1981 from the Haitian National University. Mr. Pasquet subsequently traveled to France in order to pursue advanced degrees in law. There he earned his DESS, DJCE and Doctorate in Private Law in 1985. He also earned a Degree of Advanced Studies in Business Law and Economic Regulatory Law that same year. Mr. Pasquet has been licensed to practice law in Haiti since 1991. He is one of the original founders of Pasquet, Gousse et Associés.

Mr. Pasquet's thesis upon graduation entitled "The International Letter of Guaranty" reflects his specialty in banking law. He has worked extensively with clients with their corporate and business transactions. Mr. Pasquet is particularly interested in legal education of future attorneys. He has taught law at the Haitian National University for three years and at the University of Quisqueya for four additional years.
