Was born and raised in Jacmel, a city near Haiti's southern coast. In 1986 he moved to Port-au-Prince to pursue his education in law from the College of Law of Port-au-Prince. Having received his Degree in Law in 1993, Mr. Hector became a member of the Haitian Bar in 1994. Mr. Hector joined Pasquet, Gousse et Associés in 1995 as a partner.

Mr. Hector is a litigation specialist at Pasquet, Gousse et Associés. His primary practice areas are Commercial Law, Civil Procedure and Criminal Law. Mr. Hector also assists clients in Family Law (divorce matters and adoptions). Mr. Hector has extensive experience in Employment litigation as well.
